Manager / Manager Trainee
Riddle’s is looking for outgoing individuals who have demonstrated their ability to succeed in a retail setting. Work experience as a retail manager or other position or responsibility within a jewelry store is not necessary, but is a definite plus. An extensive training program is offered for new employees. This training can either take place within an existing store, or in either of our Corporate Training Centers, located in Rapid City, South Dakota, and Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Goldsmith (Retail Store)
We are looking for goldsmiths with various levels of expertise. Each retail location contains a full-service goldsmith shop that offers customers a wide variety of repair services and custom design options. A skilled goldsmith would probably be able to go right into one of the stores. For those just getting started as a goldsmith, or that have an aptitude for this type of service, the company offers a complete training program to teach the skills it takes to run one of the service centers. Goldsmith training usually ranges from three to six months and can be completed in either of our Corporate Training Centers, located in Rapid City, South Dakota, and Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Retail Sales Associate
The company looks for enthusiastic individuals who believe in customer service and team work. The sales staff is supported by a wide-ranging product line, competitive pricing, one of the best warranties in the business, and a full line of services to meet customer needs. Training for sales associates takes place within the store. Sales experience in a retail setting is always a plus.
