RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & REPAIRS

We hope that you are delighted with your online jewelry purchases. But, if you need to return, exchange, or repair the product for any reason, you can do so within 60 days for all diamond purchases and 20 days on everything else. We do NOT accept returns of special order items or customized pieces. The guidelines are specified below.

You can return, exchange, or repair your riddlesjewelry.com purchase at any Riddle’s Jewelry store. For a Riddle’s Jewelry near you visit our Store Locator, or you can call toll-free at 1.800.741.7609.

If you are unable to go to a store, you can ship your purchase to us. Please note that you are responsible for any shipping charges you incur to do this. Please follow these steps:

  1. Identify on the original receipt if the shipment is a return, exchange, or repair with the additional information:

    Returns - Contact us to receive a "Return Authorization Number." You can do this by either e-mailing sales@riddlesjewelry.com or calling 1.800.741.7609. Write your "Return Authorization Number" on your original receipt. This is very important for us to be able to credit the correct account if you paid with credit card. If you paid with check or money order, a corporate check will be issued and mailed to the original billing address. The amount credited will be the total paid at the time of purchase; shipping charges are not refundable.

    Exchanges - Indicate the purchased item you would like to exchange on the receipt, as well as what product you would like to have in its place.

    Repairs - Specify on the receipt the type of repair you need (ex: fixing clasp, resizing ring). Please allow 1-4 weeks for the repair, as it will vary depending on the nature of the request.

  2. Enclose the item you are sending, accompanied with all original paper work (ex: diamond guarantee, receipts, packing slips) and packaging (ex: ring box), and ship in a sealed box.

  3. Ship via UPS, Registered U.S. Mail, or Federal Express. We recommend insuring the package for the amount you originally paid for the item.
