Retail Store Manager
Each Riddle’s Jewelry store is led by a Retail Store Manager who is responsible for guiding his or her team to successful execution of a set of objectives which include, but are not limited to, market development and penetration, excellent customer service and client retention, sales and profitability, as well as, employee development. The ideal Riddle’s Jewelry Retail Store Manager is an outgoing, self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirited individual who has a desire to succeed in a retail setting.
Retail Assistant / Floor Managers
The Retail Assistant Store Manager serves as the right hand to the Retail Store Manager. The Retail Assistant Manager is directly responsible for aiding the Retail Store Manager in carrying out the tasks related to the efficient operation of the store. Typical responsibilities may include assisting with training initiatives, staff development and daily store operations, staffing and recruiting, as well as, other duties directly assigned by the Retail Store Manager. The ideal Riddle’s Jewelry Retail Assistant Manager is enthusiastic, provides and promotes excellent customer service and is team oriented. Moreover, the individual actively works to develop themselves and others around them.
Retail Manager Trainee
The Retail Manager Trainee position within a Riddle’s Jewelry Retail Store is for individuals that have a true drive to develop themselves and desire to take on a leadership role within a retail store in the future. Their primary focus is on the timely completion of the Riddle’s Retail Manager Training Program and assisting with the daily operations of the store. The ideal Riddle’s Jewelry Retail Manager Trainee is extremely self-motivated and goal driven while possessing a solid understanding of what is necessary to make a business operate successfully. Retail Manager Trainees should be prepared to relocate as necessary in order for them to easily transition into taking over or establishing a Riddle’s Jewelry Retail Store.
Retail Sales Consultant
The Riddle’s Jewelry Retail Sales Consultant is the heart of the store. They should believe in providing exceptional customer service and have a strong desire to promote and foster team work within the store. Direct responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the sale of merchandise, timely greeting of all potential customers, day-to-day store maintenance and operation along with a strong desire to promote the Riddle’s brand. The ideal Riddle’s Jewelry Retail Sales Consultant is someone who believes in promoting a wide-ranging product line with competitive pricing backed by one of the best warranties in the business. Additionally, the individual should have a natural desire to want to help assist others in meeting or exceeding their jewelry needs.
The Retail Goldsmith is tasked with the responsibility of the precise and timely completion of store repairs and custom jewelry. They work in a well-equipped shop area located within the retail jewelry store. Retail Goldsmiths are supported by service centers located throughout the company, a modern manufacturing facility located in Rapid City, SD and Riddle’s Goldsmith Training Center located in Sioux Falls, SD. The ideal Retail Goldsmith is someone who possesses a mechanical aptitude, has a creative mind and enjoys taking on new challenges each day.
