We hope that you are delighted with your online jewelry purchases. If you need to return, exchange, or have your item repaired, sized or adjusted for any reason, provided the item is in a like new condition, you can do so within 60 days for diamond purchases over $300 and 20 days on other jewelry purchases. We are unable to accept returns of special order items or customized pieces. We accept returns through the mail, or in any of our Riddle's Jewelry store locations. Returns are credited in the original form of payment. If you paid with check or cash, a corporate check will be issued and mailed to the original billing address within 3-5 business days. All returned or exchanged items must be in new and unused condition. When you receive your jewelry, please observe it carefully. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please call our 1-888-402-3475 to verify that you are within the return period. Once you have verified that you are within the return period, please follow the return instructions below based on your jewelry type. Identify on the original receipt if the shipment is a return, exchange, or repair with the additional information:

Returns - It is very important for us to be able to credit the correct account if you paid with credit card or Paypal. If you paid with check or cash, a corporate check will be issued and mailed to the original billing address within 3-5 business days. The amount credited will be the total paid at the time of purchase; shipping charges are not refundable, unless, the item is defective or we sent the wrong merchandise. All returns require the original sales receipt or packing list, or a copy of the email.

Exchanges - Indicate the purchased item you would like to exchange on the receipt, as well as what product you would like to have in its place.

Repairs - Specify on the receipt the type of repair you need (ex: fixing clasp, resizing ring). Please allow 1-2 weeks for the repair, as it will vary depending on the repair request.

Clean and Check- 6 month inspection and are not located near a Riddle's store, please allow 1-3 days process and provide current address. Provide the Guarantee and any other useful information.

Ship via UPS, Registered U.S. Mail, or Federal Express. We recommend insuring the package for the amount you originally paid for the item. Enclose the item you are sending, accompanied with all original paper work (ex: diamond guarantee, receipts, packing slips) and packaging (ex: ring box), and ship in a sealed box.

Riddle's Jewelry Online purchases can also be returned or exchanged at any of our locations.
