Returns, Exchanges, Clean and Checks and Repairs
We hope that you are delighted with your online jewelry purchases. But, if you need to return, exchange, or have your item repaired, sized or adjusted for any reason, you can do so within 60 days for all diamond purchases and 20 days on other jewelry purchases. We are unable to accept returns of special order items or customized pieces. We accept returns through the mail, or in any of our Riddle's Jewelry store locations. Returns are credited in the original form of payment. All returned or exchanged items must be in new and unused condition. Riddle's offers a diamond trade-in policy, allowing you to buy a diamond today with the assurance that you can upgrade it at a later time. Please call us at 1-800-741-7609 for further information.

When you receive your jewelry, please observe it carefully. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please call our 1-800-741-7609 to verify that you are within the return period. Once you have verified that you are within the return period, please follow the return instructions below based on your jewelry type. Identify on the original receipt if the shipment is a return, exchange, or repair with the additional information:
Exchanges - Indicate the purchased item you would like to exchange on the receipt, as well as what product you would like to have in its place.
Ship via UPS, Registered U.S. Mail, or Federal Express. We recommend insuring the package for the amount you originally paid for the item. Enclose the item you are sending, accompanied with all original paper work (ex: diamond guarantee, receipts, packing slips) and packaging (ex: ring box), and ship in a sealed box.
