We proudly offer natural mined diamonds and lab-grown diamonds that meet our highest standards of cut, color, and clarity.

On natural or lab-grown diamond purchases over $300, your center and side diamonds are guaranteed against dropping out—without time limit—provided the jewelry item valued at $10,000 or less is brought into a Riddle’s Jewelry location every 6 months for inspection.

If you reside outside the store location area for Riddle's Jewelry, you can mail your jewelry and guarantee to any Riddle's Jewelry location or the Corporate Office in Rapid City. If you have any additional questions or comments, please contact Customer Service.

Complimentary Services (first 12 months)

On natural or lab-grown diamond purchases over $300, enjoy free maintenance on your jewelry for the first year, including:

  • Prong retipping
  • Ring sizing
  • Rhodium plating
  • Stone tightening
  • Joining of wedding sets

Examination record: To maintain guarantee coverage on your jewelry item, you must have it examined every 6 months by a Riddle's Jewelry representative. We will record your examination and date and stamp your guarantee certificate. You must present your examination record for the stone replacement guarantee to be in effect.

We offer free lifetime cleaning, inspection, and polishing to keep your jewelry looking its best...whether it's a diamond ring, gemstone pendant, or gold chain. Have your jewelry examined for loose stones and bent or worn prongs every 6 months at any Riddle's Jewelry location.

    Lifetime trade-in: Upgrade your natural mined center diamond at any time and receive fair market value toward a new item of at least double the value.

    Trade-in items used toward another purchase are eligible for in-store credit only and the 60 day return option is null and void.

    Lab-grown diamonds are not eligible for trade-in at this time.

  • 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

    We guarantee complete satisfaction to the original purchaser or recipient, and further guarantee a full credit or refund if the diamond jewelry purchase of $300 or more is returned within 60 days of the purchase date.

    Any claim for refund or credit must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and diamond guarantee certificate.
