Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our company shipping policy. Please contact us if you have any other questions or concerns.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipments & Processing Time

  • All orders include shipping insurance and package protection.
  • Orders with multiple items may be split into multiple shipments.
  • Shipments over $500 require a signature on delivery.
  • Delivery dates are estimated by an item's processing time + shipping method (i.e. 1-3 business days processing + 3-5 days ground shipping). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • On occasions when we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery as we do our best to get your order out the door as soon as possible.
  • In the rare occurrence that there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, but this table serves as an estimate. Delivery dates are estimated by an item's processing time (which may vary) + shipping method.

  • Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

    We understand the importance of sending gifts to friends and loved ones serving our nation abroad. We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

  • Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours so you can know where your package is and when it will arrive.

  • Customs, Duties, & Taxes

    We are not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed (i.e. tariffs, taxes, etc.) during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer and not of Riddle’s Jewelry.

  • Damages

    We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim if you received your order damaged. Before filing a claim, make sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

International Shipping Policy

We currently only ship within the United States, to U.S. Territories, and to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
