We will do everything possible to ensure your gift arrives before Mother's Day. Below are our estimated shipping cut off dates. Orders placed after the specified dates and times cannot be guaranteed for Mother's Day arrival.

We have limited availability of certain items and there may be some unavoidable delays with orders. We will do everything we can to continue to provide you with exceptional service and keep you notified of potential delays.


Shipment Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

On occasions when we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery as we do our best to get your order out the door as soon as possible.

In the rare occurrence that there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, but this table serves as an estimate. For all orders, add 1-3 days processing time on top of shipping time.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We understand the importance of sending gifts to friends and loved ones serving our nation abroad. We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours so you can know where your package is and when it will arrive.

Customs, Duties, & Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed (i.e. tariffs, taxes, etc.) during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer and not of Riddle’s Jewelry.


We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim if you received your order damaged. Before filing a claim, make sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods.


We currently only ship within the United States, to U.S. Territories, and to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
