Shipment Processing Time

COVID-19 UPDATE* We have limited availability of certain items and there may be some unavoidable delays with orders. We will do everything we can to continue to provide you with exceptional service and keep you notified of potential delays. We process all orders within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

On occasions when we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We try our best to get orders out the door promptly, so we’ll do the best we can with your special order. In the rare occurrence that there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. You are our priority, and we’ll do our best to get your order to you.

Shipping charges for your Riddle’s Jewelry order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, but this table serves as an estimate. For all orders, processing time will be added which could delay the shipment of your item.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We understand the importance of sending gifts to friends and loved ones serving our nation abroad. Riddle’s Jewelry ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your Riddle’s Jewelry order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours so you can know where your package is and when it will arrive.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Riddle’s Jewelry is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed (i.e. tariffs, taxes, etc.) during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer and not of Riddle’s Jewelry.


Riddle’s Jewelry is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim if you received your order damaged. Before filing a claim, make sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
