RING SIZING & ORDERING INFORMATION

Standard ring sizes are typically women's sizes 5 through 9, and men's sizes 9 through 12, including half sizes (if available). Because most rings are manufactured at the industry-standard of size 7 (women's) and 10 (men's), we may need to resize your ring prior to shipment. In this case, we will process your order in 2-3 days + shipping time.

Premium Jewelry Warranty

The Riddle's Premium Care and Repair Plan goes above and beyond any manufacturer's warranty to cover items related to maintaining your fine jewelry item. There are no deductibles or hidden fees. Purchasing our Premium Care & Repair Plan helps protect your investment and ensures your jewelry stays in it's best condition. In many cases, the cost of one or two routine repairs pays for the plan.

Theft Coverage

Included in your purchase of a premium jewelry warranty is a 1-year premium replacement plan in case of theft. Renewal of theft coverage after year 1 will be 1% of the original sale price or $50 minimum per year. Contact your local store or web support to renew your theft coverage.
